Beef Details
Our beef is dry-aged for 14 days.
During the dry aging process there is weight loss from moisture, deboning and trimming.
Weights and prices are approximate and vary per animal.
Prices are based on the hanging weight of the animal prior to deboning and trimming.
Prices include the drop, cut and wrap fee.
All our beef is vacuum sealed for convenient thaw and optimal storage.
